• Previously known as "Friends & Family CPR Class" this class covers all the information the general public would need to know to respond to a cardiac or choking emergency and start CPR until EMS arrives.
• A non-certification class perfect for those interested in learning CPR but not required to be certified per their professional license/employer.
• For anyone! Parents, grandparents, babysitters or general community members wanting to learn the life-saving skills of CPR.
• According to the American Heart Association, studies show children as young as 12 years old can learn and retain CPR skills. The ability to perform CPR is based more on body strength than age.
• You will learn how to provide CPR for Adults, Children, and Infants as well as AED use and choking response. Lasts about 1-1.5hrs.
• This class includes the most recent recommendations from the 2025 CPR updates from the American Heart Association.
