**This class is for students ages 14-18 years old**

This CPR/AED/First Aid Skills assessment will be conducted following the online knowledge portion. We will do the hands-on assessment for Adult/Child/Infant CPR, AED, Choking, and First Aid. Register for the online knowledge class by clicking here. The online portion needs to be completed prior to the skills assessment. When completing the online portion, if you would like to be certified in child and infant, make sure to complete the online portion for these as well. The online completion certificate needs to be emailed to Jessica@DesMoinesCPR.com by THURSDAY, APRIL 16TH . Following the skills assessment, your CPR certification e-card will be emailed to the address you used at sign-up.
